Registration procedures :

1. Fill out the registration form and the medical form (information attached). Don’t forget to date and sign;
2. Provide a passport that is valid for a period of minimum 2 years;
3. Fill out the “request authorization for a temporary stay for study in the Canton de Vaud” form and sign it;
4. Provide us with the complete school reports of the last two years;
5. Join a letter of recommendation from a former school teacher or the former school’s principal;
6. Attach 8 ID-format pictures in color;
7. Before every final registration, an interview will take place with the school’s Principals.

Registration will be taken into consideration as soon as the registration form, the general agreement terms and the medical form are filled out and upon receipt of a deposit of:

External  students : transfer the enrolment  fee 1000 CHF

• • • The 1st quarter is due August 15th
    • The 2nd quarter is due December 15th
    • The 3rd quarter is due March 15th

Interns: transfer the enrolment fee 2000 CHF

    • The 2nd quarter is due December 15th
    • The 3rd quarter is due  March 15th

By signing, parents or official custodians of the children thereby accept the general conditions, the rules and regulations and the financial terms of the E. M. I. G. School.
